Welcome to Sophie Clean. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Service Agreement
When you hire Sophie Clean, you receive professional cleaning services tailored to your needs. Our services include residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized services upon request.
Scope of Services
- Residential Cleaning: Regular housekeeping, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out services.
- Commercial Cleaning: Office cleaning, maintenance cleaning, and specialized commercial services.
- Specialized Services: Carpet cleaning, window washing, and post-construction cleaning.
Booking and Scheduling
To secure our services, bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, but availability is subject to confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online transactions.
Pricing and Fees
- Standard Cleaning: Priced per square foot or hourly, depending on the scope.
- Deep Cleaning: Additional fees apply based on the extent of cleaning required.
- Specialized Services: Priced individually based on service complexity.
Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the property and ensuring that areas to be cleaned are accessible. It is also the client's responsibility to secure valuable or sensitive items.
Property Access
Clients must ensure that keys or access codes are provided to the cleaning team prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Liability and Insurance
Sophie Clean is fully insured to cover any accidental damages that may occur during the provision of our services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or items left unsecured.
Damage Policy
- If any damage occurs, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will assess the damage and, if applicable, provide compensation or repair services as covered by our insurance.
Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients. Any personal information shared with us will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Data Protection
We adhere to data protection regulations to ensure that your personal information is secure. This includes the use of secure payment gateways and encrypted data storage.
Termination of Services
Sophie Clean reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client fails to comply with these terms or engages in behavior that is harmful to our staff or business operations.
Termination Process

- Outstanding Payments: Any outstanding payments must be settled within 7 days of termination.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
